It kills the bacteria in the mouth. For this, swish 1-2 tbsp of oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes. Then spit it out and wash it thoroughly with warm water.

Both tomatoes and strawberries are rich in vitamins. You can use both of these to polish teeth. Cut one of the two and make a pulp and apply it on the teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then wash your mouth.

Make a smooth paste by mixing 1 tsp aloe vera gel, 4 tsp vegetable glycerin, 10 drops lemon essential oil and 4 tbsp baking soda in 1 cup of water. Brush your teeth with this paste once a day till then. Repeat this once every 3-4 days. Aloe vera helps to heal teeth and gums and lemon oil fights bacteria.

This plant has many medicinal properties. Its extract is often included in toothpaste. It is a great anti bacterial agent which is effective in reducing tartar. 3-4 drops can be added to a cup of warm water to make mouthwash. It can be gargled every day or even twice a day.

This spice has long been used to relieve toothache. It also fights the germs present in your mouth. Grind a clove (or get a ready-made powder), add a little olive oil and apply the mixture on the stained areas.
