This multifunctional cleaning line consists of three types of machines, hoist,brush washing machine and picking conveyor, which can fully clean the materials, improve the cleaning efficiency, and reduce the waiting time for material packaging.

It is suitable for root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, cassava, green leafy vegetables such as cabbage, spinach and celery, seafood such as fish and shrimps, and fruits such as apples, jujubes, and mangoes.

The conveyor chain plates are made of stainless steel and engineering plastics, with a wide variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the conveying materials and process requirements, and can meet the different needs of various industries.
BRUSH CLEANING MACHINEIn the cleaning process of the brush roller cleaning machine, the impurities are brushed off by the brush, and follow the water flow and enter the bottom of the reservoir. The water in the reservoir can be used for cyclic spraying. There is a filter screen above the reservoir, and the filtered floating objects can be directly trapped to make sure that the water circulating in the reservoir is clean.
